Firelech is currently seeking volunteer grants writer and researcher for theatre support and new projects. Internship opportunities are available.
These openings have an opportunity of growing into full-time positions.

1. Grants Specialist
In this role you will deal with the most critical task - finding financial support from federal, state, local government or private sponsors and/or organizations. This role requires lots of energy and creativity. You will write all grant proposals including preparing budgets and related support material. The Grants Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely filing of any required grant reports including final financial and project reports. Fluency in English, strong writing and research skills, effective communicative skills a must. Must be multi-task oriented and able to respond quickly to grant requests and meet deadlines. This volunteer will work closely with the Board of Directors. You will report to Executive Director. This position has a full-time potential. Background in fundraising/philanthropy is preferred. 2. Promoter
In this role you'll be responsible and/or helping in organizing the performances, fundraising events, acting as a spokesman for the theater, interacting with the media, promoting the theater, advertising it. You must be self-motivated to take a project from beginning to end with minimal supervision. This role requires lots of energy, organizational and leadership skills, Fluency in English, effective communicative skills a must, knowledge and love for Jewish culture and interest in show business. You will work closely with the Board of Directors. You will report to Executive Director. The pay is based on the negotiated percentage from the organized performances/events.
